Tinnitus refers to the state where people hear constant ringing, buzzing, hissing or other sounds, which can be continuous or intermittent and vary in the amplitude, but does not emanate from their immediate surrounding. Though not a disease, it could be a symptom of some other medical condition and can be maddening or simply irritating. Tinnitus is caused by different reasons, but stress, anxiety, and depression increase the problem and hence stress and anxiety management are essential to control the symptoms. Hence suffers need to take adequate sleep, rest and may practice relaxation and breathing exercises. Another method to Tinnitus Control is to undergo detoxification and avoid triggers such as fast food. Regular exercise, well before going to sleep, also reduce the intensity of the problem.
